Extended Abstract Guidelines

• The abstract must be written in English.
• All submissions must be original and not published elsewhere.
• Each author may be indicated as a presenting author only once in the submission form.
• The total length of the extended abstract is limited to 2 pages.
• The abstract should clearly state:

• • the purpose of the work,
  • the methodology,
  • the results,
  • and the conclusions (approximately 150 words).

• The online submission form must be used for abstract submission. Abstracts sent by e-mail cannot be accepted.
• Abstracts cannot be modified after submission.

• Please note that at least one regular/student registration for each accepted paper must be completed.
• Please note that each registered participant or presenting author may present no more than one paper at the conference (either oral or poster).

Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit full-length manuscripts for the HMT-PM 2026 Special Issue in the following journals with a high impact factor:

• International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer
• Applied Thermal Engineering
• InterPore Journal
