Conference fees
Payments must be received by the applicable deadline (Early or Regular); otherwise, the next registration rate will automatically apply.

These prices include: access to all lectures, conference materials, refreshment during coffee breaks and lunches, 21 % VAT (applied under current legislation).
* Students must upload either a valid student ID (front and back) or an official confirmation of enrolment issued by their university.

*Poster printing is available only if the print-ready file is submitted by 14 October 2026.
Form of Payment
- by Bank Wire Transfer
- by Payment Card – online via secure payment service (credit or debit VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro cards are accepted)
Receipt (tax document) will be emailed when the payment is on the Conference account, hard copy of this document will be available on request at the Conference registration desk.
For the prices and payments in CZK please contact Conference Secretariat. Tax document will be issued incl. all bank information (Information is different from those applicable to payments in EUR!).
Cancellations and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (emailed or faxed) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
Registration cancellations will be accepted with a refund as follows:
- before 31 July 2026 is subject to an administration charge of 30 EUR
- from 31 July to 17 September 2026 — 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to the conference account if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
- on 18 September 2026 and later — no refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to the conference account if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
The Conference organisers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a Visa application is denied, also in that case the cancellation fees will be applied.
Name Change
Name change (substitution within the same company) should be reported in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change after 18 September 2026.
