Participants are strongly advised to check visa requirements for entry into the Czech Republic well in advance of the conference. Up-to-date information on visa regulations is available on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic – Entry & Residence section.

Please note that the Conference Organizers cannot intervene with embassies or consulates on behalf of any participant.

Formal invitation by conference organizers

The Conference Organizers are not able to send you an invitation letter verified by the Foreign Police Inspectorate. However, upon request, we will be pleased to provide a formal invitation letter to support your visa application.

In this case contact us at info@hmt-pm2026.cz and include the following information:

• Full name (as in passport)
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Country of citizenship (issuing country of passport)
• Passport number
• Passport expiry date
• Phone number
• Home address
• Name and address of your Institution

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be issued to participants who have completed the conference registration.

Important Notice:

Conference Organizers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a visa application is denied. Standard cancellation fees will apply in this case.
