The Conference organizers cannot intervene with Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.

Formal invitation by conference organizers

The conference organizers are not able to provide you an invitation letter verified by the Foreign Police Inspectorate. We gladly provide you a formal invitation letter required for your stay. In this case contact us at  info@hmt-pm2026.cz and please provide the following information:

Place of birth
Country of citizenship (country which issued your passport)
Passport number
Passport expiry date
Phone number
Home address
Name and address of your Institution

Formal invitation letter for visa purposes can only be sent to the participants who have completed the registration process.

Notice:
Conference organizers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a Visa Application is denied. Cancellation fees will also apply in this case.
